Ishteaq Mustaque is a seasoned investment professional with over 17 years of experience in the Middle East and the UK. He has previously held roles, including Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the publicly listed Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISCO), Director of Portfolio Management for Bugshan Investment, Head of Strategy for Abdul Latif Jameel, and Assistant Director for Deloitte Corporate Finance. His expertise spans strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, corporate finance. He is also a certified International Mergers and Acquisitions Expert (IM&A).

Ishteaq holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, an MSc in Economics from University College London, and an Executive MBA (Distinction) from London Business School, where he was the recipient of the prestigious EMBA scholarship award.

Yousef Saadeh is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the food industry, having dedicated the last 25 years to working with some of the largest Saudi food factories. In his most recent role as the General Manager of Al-Amoudi Factory, Yousef excelled in managing human resources and spearheading the development, expansion, and modernization of food production facilities.

Drawing upon his wealth of experience in the food industry, Yousef transitioned into the field of business development and consulting. He specializes in conducting comprehensive feasibility studies for establishing food industry projects, crafting robust business models, creating strategic plans, and developing efficient operating models.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Baghdad.
